Any applicable taxes or fees are displayed at checkout.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is processed.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the courier, it is no longer under our control.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by the courier

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages

For such issues, customers should file a claim directly with the courier. We will assist where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review your claim and advise on next steps.
